Yet it is only 7 miles from downtown Richmond and our state capitol. Island Sanctuary Islamorada

Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. I live on the vessel about a hundred yards from you so if there are any questions, etc. I will be there to assist you.

We can't adequately describe how romantic & carefree it feels to step aboard our sail boat. After a wonderful meal at the marina seafood restaurant our guests love to snuggle up together on deck and watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple with a glass of bubbly. The marina atmosphere is simply magical & you'll love sleeping to the gentle sway of calm waters. Come enjoy a night aboard this amazingly cozy & romantic sail boat. It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

Unique Concrete House Boat!!! NO CLEANING FEES!!!

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

Houseboat “Island Time”

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway. Within walking distance, you will find great restaurants, bars, a museum, an art gallery, book store, coffee shop, salons, bakery, and gyms. This location is perfect for day trips to the OBX Waterpark etc, which is only 35 minutes away by car. This stay is sure to be a check off your bucket list!

Stay on the Roxie!

Enjoy, peaceful, ocean-breezy, star-filled nights, on the water! Free parking and free round trip transport 1 to & 1 from Roxie per night’s stay! Roxie is anchored in a protected, shallow 3-4ft lagoon. We live on a boat a half-mile away should you need anything. 😊 Roxie has a Keurig, snacks like chips, breakfast muffins or donuts , Keurig pods, bread, peanut butter and jelly, and bottled waters. No cooking but you may bring to go food, drinks. 🛥️🌴
