Centrally located on popular Bree Street, take a nap in the mezzanine bedroom, then walk to hip restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Superfast uncapped Fibre Internet 50/50 Mbps The space was designed by my Architect to give an inner city industrial loft feel. The usage of space was one of the most important factors as is evident in the design. Guests have access to the whole apartment & a secure underground parking bay (Sec 57) I stay close by so will attend to requests made but for the most part, this is a self- catering apartment for independent guests. Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. Hop on Hop Off City Sightseeing Buses. Many shops, bars, restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. WIFI & SATELLITE TELEVISION (DSTV) PROVIDED Other items provided: Hairdryer, Fan, Heater. Light, Bright Studio with Magical Mountain Views

This light & spacious upstairs studio (with an inverter installed so not affected by load-shedding), boasts glorious views of Cape Town's beautiful mountain! Decorated with colour & creativity, it's bright & airy surrounded by a wrap-around balcony with a cafe table for outside seating. The Studio is quiet & totally secure, yet conveniently situated just minutes walk from many coffee shops, restaurants & shops. It's ideal for a couple or business person with safe & secure off- street parking.

Amazing Space

The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.

This light, airy penthouse apartment offers breathtaking views of the city, ocean, Signal Hill, Lions Head and Table Mountain. The private roof-deck offers sensational 360° views, a braai/barbecue and a plunge pool to cool off in and enjoy the wonderful views. The apartment is in a truly wonderful and centrally located City Bowl neighbourhood - Vredehoek. The area is safe, clean, and beautifully situated on the slopes of the famous Table Mountain. It's the perfect base for exploring the city.
