FAMILY FRIENDLY LOFT APARTMENT IN SOUTHERN SHORES, NC Separate entry from the right side of the house. Park on the right side (stone pad on the right side ) and walk around outside shower on the right side. Walk up the stair and walk right into the brand new apartment. Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Southern Shores Hidden Family Gem at OBX

Great Family Vacation Rental in the Chicahauk neighborhood of Southern Shores. Quite cul-de-sac setting w/ walking path to a Private Beach (400yd to Dolphin Run beach access). Bike Trails abound. Lots of Windows & Screened in porch. Basketball Court for the hoops fanatic. Gas Grill. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, wagon and 6 bicycles are in the ground Storage Unit. Great for simple bike rides to Duck Village (3-miles) or to Southern Shores restaurants. Flat screen TVs & X-Box 360 w/ 2 controllers.

Live Oak Cottage - 'tiny house' / walk to beach

The Live Oak Cottage is a beautiful guest house situated under sprawling live oak trees. The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. The suite has been restored to bring it up to date with modern amenities, while retaining its rustic charm. A full kitchenette, with fridge, toaster, plug in cook top, gas grill + more. Sit back and relax on your private deck or walk to the beach in just 5 minutes.

Please read our 300 5-star reviews since 2017! Ranked in top Airbnb's on the OBX and in NC, and top 1% worldwide. Extra clean for every guest. Comfy king bed. Private hot tub spa. Situated between Duck and Kitty Hawk and close to lots of OBX beach fun. Retreat is a 3-room private apartment with a 2nd floor porch and private entrance. Walk to the ocean in 15 minutes or drive and park in 5. Perfect for honeymoons or a couple's getaway. Quiet neighborhood setting in Town of Southern Shores.

The Osprey Landing | Semi-Oceanfront Guesthouse

This 1 bedroom stand alone apt is incredible, its tucked into a unique space thats totally private yet close to all the northern Outer Banks has to offer. It has two large decks and 1 has views of the ocean. Follow the grass driveway to the street and walk 100ft to the ocean. You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.

**Established 5-star rated beach vacation rental** The SandPyle has 3 bedrooms (two with queens, one with 2 twins), 2 full baths, a covered front & back porch with Adirondack chairs, and a fully covered downstairs for space to play games, hang out and watch TV (plus an outdoor shower!). You will enjoy all the comforts of home and then some, including high-speed internet. We do have beach essentials on the property including beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, and a small cooler.

Hillcrest Hideaway

Come enjoy this simple cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Flat Top Bungalow

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
