Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and an escape room. Sat-Sat summer.

The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. Private Beach! Friday to Friday rental during summer. 2-3 day rental off season (Oct-May) Our beachhouse is 1/2 block walk to our private community beach and 4 blocks from the cute town of Duck! Spend your days swimming in the sea, surfing, watching dolphins or rent bikes for the whole family from one of Duck’s many recreational businesses. Duck offers great restaurants, shopping, jet ski, paddle board, fishing, bicycle and kayak rentals.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
