The suite and main house was originally a US Coast Guard Lifesaving Station built in 1901 - and moved to its current location in the 60s. Tide Pool features an industrial-chic aesthetic of concrete floors, soaring 9-foot ceilings, large windows, and designer furniture. Notice the light fixtures salvaged from cargo ships and float in the luxurious private pool with glass tile and designer finishes. The outdoor living area is perfect for relaxing in the shade. The large covered area has a grill and hot tub nearby. The pool is Heated/Cooled by heat pump and is open April through October. You have the whole house and yard.

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Duck offers great restaurants, shopping, jet ski, paddle board, fishing, bicycle and kayak rentals.

Our apartment is located on the first floor of our home, which is one of the only Solar Powered homes in the Outer Banks! Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to the sound, we have a perfect location which is close to everything. Our space includes the use of our outdoor shower and beach parking passes. We have a great yard for lounging, sun bathing or playing with dogs. Come and check out our "Cave" by the waves!
