Walk to the beach or sound; use our cruisers with plenty of sidewalks to keep you safe. We have a wheeled canoe for use on the property and a fun day on the water. A great place to relax and enjoy the ocean!

Sunlight fills this beautiful mid-century modern home that features 4 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and a third Santorini inspired shower on the back deck. It is a short walk to the beach. The home is decorated with artwork and vintage decorations. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and full bathroom. The first floor has a den, full bathroom and the 4th bedroom. We provide pillows and comforters. Bring your own towels and sheets. Ocean Atlantic and Moneys Worth delivers linens.

Sunset Seaker! (Soundfront Condo w/Pool)

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay from a top floor condo at Oyster Pointe Condominiums. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with outdoor pool, tennis courts, beautiful sound front views, full kitchen, washer/dryer, centrally located to many restaurants and shops, and is less than 1 mile to the beach. This condo is on the top floor so no noise from above. There is also nice bike trails by the condo that takes you directly to the Wrights Brothers Monument. Boat and trailer parking available.

Southern Shores Hidden Family Gem at OBX

Great Family Vacation Rental in the Chicahauk neighborhood of Southern Shores. Quite cul-de-sac setting w/ walking path to a Private Beach (400yd to Dolphin Run beach access). Bike Trails abound. Lots of Windows & Screened in porch. Basketball Court for the hoops fanatic. Gas Grill. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, wagon and 6 bicycles are in the ground Storage Unit. Great for simple bike rides to Duck Village (3-miles) or to Southern Shores restaurants. Flat screen TVs & X-Box 360 w/ 2 controllers.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
