Kesän lämpimille ilmoille asunnosta löytyy ilmalämpöpumppu viilentämään huoneistoa. Pihalla vieraiden käytössä Acon-trampoliini koripallotelineellä. Trampoliinin turvaverkon vetoketju on tällä hetkellä rikki ja trampoliinin turvallinen käyttö on vuokraajan vastuulla. Kohteessa on helppo itsepalvelu sisäänkirjautuminen.
