Welcome to Casita Sarita, Your Urban Escape! A large, beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland, walking distance to everything. I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This is the only fee I can control, so I hope it's helpful. On site professional MASSAGE(by me!) available. Please make yourself at home, relax, and rejuvenate. I look forward to hosting you!

This residential neighborhood is ideal for a quiet retreat for all visitors. The private guesthouse is outfitted to make your stay comfortable including a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower and a heated floor. Plus, you may want to enjoy a cup of coffee on your own patio located behind the Airbnb. As an added bonus, breakfast items and home baked treats are provided.

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

We've dubbed this stunning, fully detached studio the "Lighthouse" because of the way natural light pours through the 550-square-foot studio's many windows and dances off its walls and vaulted ceilings. We are tucked into the Westmoreland neighborhood's quiet residential area, but are only a five minute walk from more than 20 restaurants and entertainment features. Westmoreland Park, Reed College and downtown Portland are just minutes away by car.
