Walk to Se Division from a Sleek, Architect Designed Space

My wife, Raechel, and I originally designed and built this ADU ( accessory dwelling unit ) with the intention of living there full time, but due to a change of plans, it's available to you. The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

Sweet Hideaway in the trees, Mount Tabor

Sweet Hideaway is a little, cozy space for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful refuge in the trees, yet only a 10 minute drive to downtown. You will have your own entrance and enjoy a Tempurpedic queen bed, a smart TV, your private bathroom, a dining/kitchenette area with a bar table and stools, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, tea, coffee, treats, utensils, a private table and chairs on the deck over the trees. For 2+ night stay, free use of washer/dryer.

Ladd's Addition Apartment in SE Portland

My Ladd's Addition apartment is well-positioned to allow you to explore Portland. Located in a quiet neighborhood halfway between the bustling streets of Hawthorne and Division; from here, you can easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and a movie theater. Public transportation is readily available, as well as car, bike, and scooter shares. In just a few minutes, you can be downtown, the Moda center, the convention center, OMSI, or the waterfront esplanade.

Our modern guesthouse is a clean, private space filled with natural light. The front gate opens into a private, landscaped courtyard landscaped with jasmine, a Japanese maple tree, rhododendrons, and ferns. We are conveniently located near Mt Tabor Park that has walking trails and a spectacular view of the city. We are also close to several popular neighborhoods with shops, cafés, and restaurants. We welcome people of all backgrounds to stay here and enjoy beautiful Portland.

SE Portland Guest Cottage

The guest cottage offers self check-in. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in SE Portland. High ceilings make this studio airy and bright. We think of it as a perfect hotel room without the hotel. The small galley kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including filtered water. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. We are located in the very popular Hosford-Abernathy neighborhood, within walking distance to some of Portland's finest restaurants and shopping. There is off street parking (with a power outlet for charging electric cars) available plus key less entry makes check-in a breeze. The bathroom floor is heated plus a TV in both the great room and bedroom. You have the entire place to yourself because it is detached from our primary house.

Threading the needle of a city lot, the Kenilworth House lives along side a 1905 Victorian, where the host resides.
