The Den is a self contained studio attached to Pudding Bag Cottage set in the beautiful village of Exton. We have 14 miles of parkland to walk round, you can walk to the wonderful Hambleton Bakery through the park for your morning coffee and pastry or if you are feeling energetic the beautiful Rutland Water is 5 mins away where you can hire bikes and cycle round the lake which is 23 miles including the peninsula or 17 miles excluding the peninsula. The Fox & Hounds pub in the village serves food

Lower Farm View is beautifully converted with outstanding views, it's situated in the Rutland Village of Empingham and is only a short walk from Rutland Water's North Shore. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, pub and shop. The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.

You will find peace and quiet in our warm and stylish open plan home. Wake up early and enjoy the sunrise over the castle hills with your first cup of coffee. Take your dog for its morning walk across the fields and across the stream opposite your accommodation. The home is warm and cozy in the cool months and cool and airy in the summer with at your control air conditioning. We only use luxury bedding and towels so wrap yourself up in the comfort. Beautiful, Luxurious, Home from Home Shepherds Hut. Nestling in its own fenced spinney with 300 year old Ash and Oaks trees around you, Little Oaks is rural, isolated and private. You can enjoy the wood fired hot tub, fire pit, BBQ or Pizza oven with only the sheep, goats, horses and chickens on our farm watching. Looking out over rolling countryside, our home built hut is cosy, beautifully appointed, and built to an exacting specification, somewhere we would love to stay!
