Nestled on 4 wooded acres along Pond Creek, this one of a kind cabin will certainly be a unique experience. Walls of windows blur the lines between inside and out, connecting you with nature in every room. The house is very open, with rooms winding around the central stone fireplace with varying levels. The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

Yellow Dog Barndominium

Our brand new barndominium is a 10 minute drive from Ohio University, yet sits on a 100+ acres in the country. You will find it located near the front of the property, feet away from a 16 acre private water ski lake with beautiful sunset views. Visitors can enjoy hiking, fishing and swimming during their stay. We designed this as a couples retreat, including a 4 person hot tub, but a second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle can accommodate friends or family who may join you.

The property is a rock throw from Wayne National Forest, KD drag strip and less than 10 miles away from Lake Jackson State Park. The town of South Webster is approximately 3 miles away. Experience peaceful country seclusion while still being just minutes from Portsmouth, Ohio and a short drive to Shawnee State Forest — Ohio’s largest state park.

Cottage on Ferguson

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We offer a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The main bedroom has a King bed, TV and large closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and large closet. We also have Wifi, 2 TV's, front porch and a fire pit out back. Linens are included. Our cottage is located in South Webster, Ohio which is very close to Portsmouth and Jackson.

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Great place to jump on your bike and travel around. Wonderful things to do and see.

Farm House Mobile Living

This unit is located Henderson’s farm and arena that hosts many Equestrain events year round. It is also located by a western store for convenient shopping. Three bedroom with two baths and a full kitchen is roomy for an entire family for a getaway. This unit does share a drive with another home. It is conveniently located just off of State Route 32 near the Pike co line.

Sun Valley Farm Cottage

Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Main Street in Jackson Ohio between McDonald’s and Autozone. This is an 1890 farmhouse we have restored keeping as much original as possible.
