We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do.
