Second bedroom offers your choice of bed configuration with the option for two XL twin beds which can be pushed together to create the equivalent of a king-sz bed.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun, and relaxing enough for everyone to enjoy. This is a two bedroom home with a Lanai that was made into a bedroom. It has all the amenities you need to be able to sit back and relax. Has a heated pool in the back with a dining area for your convenience. There is a 25 mile bike path within walking distance and lots of beaches to choose from. Downtown Venice is approximately 3 miles away and plenty of places to eat all over.

Two beautifully decorated suites are fully stocked with your comfort in mind. Each are located on opposite sides of the home with the spacious living and dining room being the heart. Outdoors you will find a lit seating area and a bbq grill, all enclosed with a fully fenced yard. We include beach chairs and a tent.

Our beautiful vacation pool home is only 200 yds. from Shamrock Park with it's many walking and biking trails along the waterway, within ten minutes of 4 different beaches, just a 4 min. drive from a private beach and 10 mins. from the Brohard dog beach! Our private backyard wraps around our screened in pool/lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors. We have 2 full sized bedrooms as well as a smaller nook off from the garage that includes a full sized bed.
