Everything was just like the listing stated. Easy access to everything and plenty to do in the house itself. Its funny but they have notes posted around the house with different instructions or just to let you what light switches you are using. Only problem I had, I couldnt beat PAC MAN!!!!!! WOULD definitely recommend!!

We stayed here for my friend’s bachelorette! The house was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, spacious, epic pool area and lots of other amenities! Close enough to downtown and beach, only 15-20 mins from Tampa airport. Very convenient. And hosts were very responsive. We had a great stay!

Mark’s house was set in a quiet neighborhood but accessible to the main roads. Less than 5 minutes drive to Walmart market, 10 minutes to Publix. 20 minutes from and to Tampa international. 45 minutes to Clearwater beach. Mark was always at hand if we needed to contact him, making him one a few great hosts. The house is simple and clean. The pool & spa set in a private setting due to the palm trees was very tranquil. As a family of 4 with 2 children this was ideal. The weather in April/May was beautiful and made our spring break fantastic. Thanks Mark.

We enjoyed our stay in Tampa at Chris’s home. House was exactly as described and in pictures. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. Chris was very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our short visits from Joseph the cat and friend .

This house was great for our group, 9 in all. The house was clean, very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean/heated with a large area to relax and the hot tub in a screened in area was a bonus. We would stay there again.

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. Great spot. The balcony is great for in the morning having coffee. The pool was very nice with lots of seats and the restaurant there had great frozen drinks and food. The sunset at the pool is pretty awesome. We definitely would return to this air bnb!! location was right between the beach and downtown.

Alexandra’s place was perfect—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was great. Highly recommend staying here!

I travel to Tampa regularly for work and frequently stay at Sailport. This unit is hands down the best unit I’ve seen. The views are fabulous, tons of light from additional windows and far enough from the pool bar to provide added peace and quiet but close enough to be an easy stroll over. I will definitely seek out this particular unit for future stays.

We had a wonderful stay in these amazing apartments! Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable — a perfect place to relax. The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, utensils, and supplies. The area also features a nice swimming pool and a small café, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
