The host was very accommodating. The space was perfect for my family and being pet friendly is definitely a plus. more than enough room to accommodate everybody’s needs. If I come to this area again, I would definitely stay here.

Great location and super cute Airbnb

The property was clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs! (But we knew that). Beautiful top floor deck. The community is quiet and very private for being in the middle of a very busy area.

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this location. The house was very spacious and the pool/spa kept our kids entertained. Fishing off the pier, watching dolphins and manatees, plus watching the cruise ships leave Tampa was exciting. Patty did a wonderful job explaining all the details (via phone) before we checked in. Our Family plans to go back!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Lisa’s place was teeny tiny, spotless and quiet. The neighborhood was pretty and close to everything. Lisa was a great communicator and I felt she was always there when or if I needed something.

A fantastic guest house that is easy to find, well decorated with the most comfortable bed, and dog friendly!! If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient, dog friendly place, this is definitely for you!!! If we ever make our way back to Tampa, we’ll definitely stay again.

Jason's was the perfect spot for the week's work. The location is very good - literally steps from Bayshore's famous walk; an easy Uber over to the convention center, or up to Ybor (when driving or parking were in question). Publix, Trader Joe's, etc., are very close. Each of us found our space, and our schedule at Jason's. We rolled out the trash, waved at the neighbors and smiled a lot. Quiet, peaceful, and spacious. Enjoy.

Peaceful treehouse in the heart of Hyde Park. The location is great, bed very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened porch .

My wife and I stayed for Christmas week and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge amid the festivities. We loved everything about this charming bungalow and felt very much at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to Crescent Lake for walks with our pup Stanley! Just can’t say enough good things about the experience—clean, cozy, well-stocked with all the essentials, warm and very relaxing. The proximity to I-275 and US-19 makes getting to Tampa and Clearwater easy and the gulf beaches are a short drive west. Best of all, host Gina is a gem of a human! Cathy, Stanley and I give it 4 thumbs and 4 paws up!l 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🐾🐾 and would love to visit again!

Alex’s place was perfect for us while we visited for a long weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. Walkable to everything, but still felt quiet and cozy inside. Alex was a great communicator and made our stay super smooth.

My husband and I had a great stay at the bungalow. Nice, clean and homey. The location is good for downtown and neighboring restaurants. It was nice to walk my dog with such friendly neighbors. I recommend the bungalow if your in St. Petersburg. - Gayle & Rob

Very cozy and cool little cottage artfully decorated and easy to access. The hosts were extremely responsive. Definitely recommend!

This was my second time staying with Schaff Properties, and I truly love the hotel it’s located in. It’s just a few minutes from the airport, with a gated check-in that adds a sense of security. The unit overlooks a pool, gym, and the bay, and there’s even a little restaurant. My favorite part is enjoying my mornings people-watching and spotting dolphins in the bay, such a peaceful way to start the day. The host is consistently friendly and responsive, even during late hours, which I really appreciate. My only real complaint is the additional $10 per day charge for a third guest. It was just me, my partner, and a child, so that felt a bit unnecessary. Also, the price has gone up by about $400 since my last visit in 2021, and unfortunately, a few amenities (like the pier and lounge area) were damaged by a recent hurricane and are no longer available. Still, it’s a solid Airbnb overall and that balcony view gets me every time.

This Tampa, Florida house was so beautiful so peaceful shopping places was very close by the beautiful backyard the swimming pool very peaceful area me and my family really really enjoyed it. We were there for a Cheer competition and it went wonderful I would go back again. I am looking forward to come back and visit and visit their house again. Me and my family loved everything about it beautiful clean neat everything that you’re looking for if you’re trying to go to Tampa Florida for a vacation the hostess was very responsive and very pleasant. I enjoyed my whole day.

Christina was very helpful as we were in town for a cruise and they kick you off the ship at 8 am and Christina accommodated us in every way. Loved the place and the balcony. At night they start a fire and light the tiki lights and you can sit out there and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the rocks will your toes in sand. If I’m ever in Tampa I would stay again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again should the need arise. I imagine if the weather would have been nicer we would have been able to enjoy the beautiful backyard lanai and pool but unfortunately mother nature had other plans.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend Ryan’s place to anyone in the Tampa area! Everything was as described and more. I actually proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancé) at his dock at sunset which was very peaceful and beautiful. He also went out of his way to grab some flowers I was asking if he can get to make the proposal perfect. All in all we will definitely stay again

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Being in Lisa’s home was like staying with friends who left you their house with everything you could possibly need (including yoga mats and hand weights so I could keep up with my normal routine!) Lisa was a very responsive host and proactively offered recommendations. The neighborhood is so peaceful and both pet and family friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. If you are looking for a place to stay in the North Tampa area just stay here! You will not regret it!
