Well look no further! Emily’s Beachside Studio, which is located at the rear of the property, it is attached to, but fully separated from the main residence. The fully equipped modern kitchen and lounge opens out onto your large covered patio and garden, complete with BBQ. king size bed and large En-suite .

A number of funky restaurants/cafes are only a short two minute walk or walk ten minutes either north or south to find one of our local surf clubs where you can enjoy a drink or a meal overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Parking for 1 car, or for those that don't have a car, the bus route is 30metres from your front door. You will be just a short walk to the exciting and friendly Paradise Point cafe/restaurant precinct.

The suite includes a queen bed (only), sea views, a kitchen, bathroom and an outside patio overlooking the bay. There is aircon. No cleaning fee.

Our tranquil private property of 160 acres , surrounded by the canungra creek with historical homestead that sleeps 12 perfect for large groups and also couples. Knowing you are only a very short distance from cafes and local restaurants & many other scenic destinations. We are just a four kilometres from Canungra Valley Vineyard and also Sarabah Winery. We are also at bottom of O'Reillys and there famous Treetops Skywalk and a short drive to our beautiful Tamborine Mountain.
