Large house with 2 masters suites. Modeled after HGTV Dream House 2015. Large piece of property near ocean and Edgartown center. Clean, sunny with a large custom table on screened in porch which is attached to gourmet kitchen- great area to watch the bunnies, turkeys, deer. Masters have own TVs and one has private deck. Outdoor shower, outdoor kitwo living rooms, each has a TV. Katama is the most requested area to rent - close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Bikes available as is bike trailer

First-class 4+ BR Lagoon Pond Camp

Ultimate getaway house!!! Situated on Lagoon Pond in Oak Bluffs. Sleeps 10 people plus 2 in the optional guest cottage. The house is proximate to OB center - convenient for walking and bike riding. Beach access! The house boasts an outdoor pizza oven, outdoor nooks (hammocks!), and a spacious yard. There are amenities galore including, but not limited to: an outdoor shower, grill, board games, wifi, cable & roku, towels, linens, etc. 1 week min stay, with Sunday turnovers in July & August!

Recently Renovated! This Cape Cod Cottage is completely refreshed top to bottom. Less than 60 seconds to the sand. Cape cod vacations do not get any better than this! Located on idyllic Monomoscoy Island known for its gorgeous wildlife and stunning waterways, our home is the perfect choice to rent on Cape Cod. We are less than 10 Mins to Mashpee Commons and famous Mashpee Town Beach, Less than 5 mins to New Seabury and the Popponesset Inn, and only 15 mins to downtown Falmouth. Linens included!

Walking distance to Lagoon Pond public beach. New kitchen, 2or3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2-3 baths with showers plus outdoor shower. Sleeping Loft with single bed. Walk or ride a bike to downtown Oak Bluffs. Back yard with sitting area, new covered porch/BBQ. Wifi/AC/laundry. No smoking in house. No pets. Images are a bit dated. The cottage is less than a mile from Surfside Beach, voted the islands favorite, and across the street from a bike path offering biking to the beach or town a safe and easy option. This 1800 square foot Ranch-style Condo with loft was built in 2018 and is set on a large nicely landscaped lot with plenty of room inside and out. It has 3 bedrooms and a loft and sleeps 9. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Edgartown village center, a 10-minute walk to Morning Glory Farm, and just a 10-minute drive to South Beach! All updated furnishings, beds, linens, appliances.
