Tingewick Barn is situated in the middle of a beautiful farm and stunning countryside, completely undisturbed. The property enjoys countryside views and is an amazing place for spotting wildlife, as well as our own farm animals. Boasting the best of both worlds, whilst with its rural location, we are just over 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit, 5 min drive into Buckingham town center, 15 mins from Bicester Village, 30 mins from both Milton Keynes & Oxford and an hour from London by train.

Our unique cosy Shepherd's Hut is beautifully handcrafted in timber and includes small luxuries within a traditional rural space. Fully fitted kitchen, gas hob, oven and fridge. A king size double bed, shower and toilet. A log burner for chillier times and fully insulated. Sooth yourself with our luxury handmade sheep milk soap. Fresh eggs from our chickens. Surrounded by our sheep and lambs in the fields yet within walking distance of the village, pub or circuit. No dogs. No Children.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Welcome to The Stables at Hopcrafts Farm. This self-contained accommodation comprises of a kingsize bed with an en-suite shower room. Fabulous views of the countryside and a decking area where you can sit and enjoy the setting sun in a tranquil environment. Hopcrafts Farm is a working farm. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
