Our cottage is a quiet get-away. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the birds and a cup of coffee. Small kitchen provides everything you may need for your stay, including a local yummy treat. A desk in the bedroom gives you a place to work while others in your group utilize the spaces in the living room or dining room. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Come stay in our 2BR apartment downtown in the historic district on Main St. You'll be one block from our beautiful waterfront, our downtown restaurants, entertainment, and breweries. You'll have your own reserved parking spot directly across the street from the entrance. You can also enjoy 24hr access to the gym downstairs. Classes are also available for free. We have 2 beach cruisers you can use to explore our beautiful city. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Sportsman's Paradise ( Hunting & Fishing )

Sportsman's Paradise is just minutes away from the Currituck Sound which is famous for it's duck hunting and fishing. It overlooks Tull's Bay and Tull's Creek and is surrounded by the Northwest River Marsh Game Lands. The kitchen and living room have 9 windows so you can look out three sides of the house at the water. The walls are old rough cut boards and the ceilings are plywood. The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

Take off your shoes and prepare to relax at this Currituck Sound front cottage! You can watch the sunrise over the sound revealing the Currituck Lighthouse in the distance and watch the sunset with egrets going back to their roost at Monkey Island. We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.
