Light-Filled, Contemporary Retreat near The Ritz

Your elegant, contemporary 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom apartment is in a building which was completely refurbished throughout up to February 2018 and newly furnished at that time. There is a lift to all floors. With furniture and every detail of decoration carefully selected by a famed interior designer, this beautiful apartment is located in the very best location in Mayfair with much of London’s very best shopping, its sights and theatres all within easy walking distance. Located next to world famous Brown’s Hotel with the even better known The Ritz hotel just moments away, one of London’s elegant arcades – The Royal Arcade – takes you through to Bond Street, home to Gucci, Prada, Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Viton – the list goes on and on. Green Park, St. James’s Park and Hyde Park are a short walk from your apartment putting Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden and so much more within walking distance of your apartment. Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square are both close and most of London’s theatres are a few minutes’ walk from your apartment. Regent Street, Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and many more great shopping streets are in walking distance or a hot ride by taxi or tube from Green Park station. The Faraday Museum is further up the same street and the Royal Academy in the next street. The National Gallery and National Portrait Gallery are in easy walking distance and London’s other museums – the British Museum, National History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum are just a short taxi or tube ride away on direct routes. The City of London, the capital’s financial district is a short ride by tube. Everything about your stylish, contemporarily elegant apartment is spacious and luxurious. The apartment is spacious 65 square meters or 700 square feet in size with high ceilings throughout and is located on the 1st floor of this superbly refurbished building with a very high standard of finish throughout. The newly installed lift runs from the Ground Floor entrance to all floors. Your apartment has elegant but modern-style parquet flooring throughout with elegant rugs in appropriate places. The bright Lounge, with its floor to ceiling windows, is open plan to the dining area and kitchen. Air conditioned throughout, with individual temperature controls in each room, the Lounge is provided with a 2-seat sofa and a comfortable chair facing towards the wall-mounted 4K Smart TV with satellite channels. Free WiFi operates throughout the apartment. The combined Dining Area and Kitchen, has a dining table and chairs for 4 connected to one side of the kitchen work surface and these are positioned in front of almost floor to ceiling double-glazed windows, making it exceptionally bright during daylight hours. Ample china, glass and cutlery are provided for your stay. The very modern, elegant, well-equipped kitchen has 5-ring electric hob with an extract over, oven, microwave, large Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pans and more that you will need during your stay. The washer/dryer is located in a cupboard in the main hallway. As you step out of the Living area, the elegant and spacious Bedroom is just down the hallway towards the rear of the building and, like all rooms in the building, has central heating and double-glazed windows. Individually controlled air conditioning operates throughout the apartment. The Bedroom has a King Size bed and ample further wardrobes with drawers elegantly hidden away inside. Between the Bedroom and its ensuite Bathroom there are extensive wardrobes and a small lobby adjacent the bedroom, giving it the feel of a walk-in closet or dressing area. The ensuite Bathroom to the Bedroom has modern bathtub with rain shower over as well as hand shower. Naturally, there is also an ample wash-hand basin, bidet and toilet. A quality single floor mattress can be provided in the living area for a 3rd guest, on request. Alternatively, a cot is available, on request. There is a Guest Bathroom off the hallway inside the apartment, close to the living area. The hallway of the apartment has entryphone and a second, glass door outside the apartment (just past the lift, which is right outside) protects you from any possible noise on the staircase. One of just 4 very stylish contemporary apartments in this building, you can book this along with either of the Three Bedroom apartments above or the Two Bedroom Apartment on the 4th floor, if you have a larger party than this elegant apartment alone can accommodate. You are moments from some of London’s best-known streets – such as Piccadilly, Bond Street and Regent Street – but try to find time to explore deeper into Mayfair where a wide variety of large elegant squares – Berkeley Square and Grosvenor Square – can be found along with a number of elegant, narrow streets often home to well-known international brands as well as to unique shops, restaurants and coffee shops. This has the Piccadilly Line direct from London Heathrow, Jubilee Line and Victoria Line so you can travel to almost anywhere in central London directly from here. Piccadilly Circus additionally has the Bakerloo Line putting even more of central London on a direct route. Check-In is from 2.00 p.m. Check Out is up to 11.00 a.m. We provide a full Meet and Greet Service - a member of the team will meet you on arrival at your apartment. After you make your reservation, we will liaise with you over your arrival time and to arrange an airport transfer quotation for you, if needed. Stylish Victorian House with Private Patio in West London

Welcome to my newly renovated Victorian family home in a lovely, quiet street. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Shepherd's Bush/Holland Park/ Notting Hill. Eat al fresco in a private garden in the fine weather. Take your pick from a large collection of books and child-friendly accessories to m this a great family escape and a calm base from which to see the London sights! It's just a 3-minute walk to tube / bus stations and once you're on the tube, it's a 10-minute tube ride to the central London attractions. I am on hand with information to help your stay be fabulous! Welcome to my home where I live half the time but we are away a lot! I'm very child friendly - see the bottom of this section for the list of what I can provide you with in addition to cot etc... >Summary of my house: - 4 bedrooms... 3 double bedrooms with big, luxurious beds with very comfortable, pocket-sprung mattresses. A fourth sweet little bedroom with a single, very comfortable divan bed, that would suit an adult as well as a child. All beds are made up with cotton sheets and four pillows (two are down, two are hyper-allergenic so you can choose) - The house has two floors (levels). The ground floor has porcelain tiles (that look like wood!) and underfloor heating. The kitchen, living space, one bedroom and one bathroom are on this level. You can open the concertina doors from the kitchen and walk out into the patio. The downstairs bedroom has porcelain floor with underfloor heating, like the rest of the downstairs. - The upstairs bedrooms (2 doubles and one single) have carpeted stairs. And a stair gate at the top. - No one else lives above or below you... this is a house not an apartment. It's very clean as no-one wears shoes in the house. That was the summary... Here's some more detail... *Downstairs: - Entrance hall/stairs up - Spacious main open-plan living/kitchen area with large oak table and 8 chairs, two big sofas the other end for sitting and chatting, glass coffee table, TV with cable, Netflix (guest account), stereo which you can plug your iPhone/tablet into to play your own music. Plus selection of CDs... - Glass bi-fold doors leading out to the patio which also has an outside metal/glass table with 8 chairs. - Underfloor heating. - Very well equipped kitchen for cooks. Dishwasher, electric oven with grill, a glass electric halogen (induction) hob, microwave, Caffitiere coffee maker, blender, electric rice cooker, toaster. Also a washing machine with in-built tumble dryer, a dishwasher and large refrigerator/ice box. - Bathroom 1, with WC, basin and walk in shower (this bathroom is brand new as of March 2018) - Large double bedroom downstairs (bedroom 1 in the photos) with king bed (5 foot wide) at street level, with a bay window (with pretty white wooden shutters for privacy), wardrobe, underfloor heating, etc. With the bathroom next to it, this is a good room for someone who does not like to climb stairs as they can remain on the ground floor the whole stay and not have to climb any stairs. The bed has a pocket sprung orthopaedic mattress. *Upstairs... - Bedroom 2 has a king bed (5 foot wide, pocket sprung mattress), a tall wardrobe with hangers, an antique mahogany table and chair for letter writing... a chest of drawers for clothes, a large mirror, suitcase stands etc. - Bedroom 3 has a huge, luxurious super king (6 ft wide) divan bed with pocket sprung mattress and mattress topper. - Bedroom 4 has a sweet single (3 foot or 90cm wide) divan bed, suitable for an adult tor child, curtains with a farmyard print, and a little cabinet. There's not a lot of room do swing a cat but it's really sweet and cosy. - Bathroom 1 (upstairs) with bath and shower (shower is inside the bath rather than a separate walk in shower). Bath has an overhead rose shower and also a second shower head that you can use while sitting in the bath (I like this!). Basin, WC. Heated towel rail. That's it. It's yours to enjoy! If you are travelling with a small child/small children I can leave you: - high chair or booster cushion for eating at the table, if you are past the high chair stage! - crib with clean bedding (sheet, duvet, shallow pillow - baby monitor with video camera (Motorola) - rocker chair - a bed guard if you have a child who sleeps in the divan bed but you are worried he/she may fall out. I used this for my daughter from 2-4 years old. It slips under the mattress. - lots of books from ages 0-5 - wipe-able toys like abacus etc - board games - plastic crockery, junior cutlery Everything! The whole house and private patio/terrace.. You have the place yourselves! But I will be contactable throughout your stay by phone, text, whatsapp, FaceTime or email - whatever your preferred mode of your communication! When you book, I will email you with my big pdf guide document with my tips on where to buy food, swim, run, do yoga, eat out (best London vegan and gluten free restaurants included!) and some kids' activities and my secret London tips! And a second document which outlines how things work in the house (how to use the oven, the magic Quooker kitchen tap that gives you boiling hot water, filtered drinking water, etc). If you come at a time when I am on away then the nice chap in my local grocery store keeps the key safe and will release it to you once you give him a magic code... I will call you once you are in situ to make sure you are happy and answer any questions - and will be available throughout your stay. The house is an oasis of calm in the midst of bustling West London—near Holland Park and Notting Hill, but a bit more cosmopolitan. Walk to bars, restaurants, cinemas, Westfield shopping centre, White City House, Television Centre, Imperial College and various music venues. It's a 5-minute walk to Shepherd's Bush Tube Station and there are many buses to town if you prefer to be above ground. Very central. 5 minute walk to tube and overground train, 2 mins to buses. This is central London so it's very well-connected. PARKING: If you want to park right outside the house, you can. As with most London streets, it's pay and display - for £2.80 an hour. You can't park between the house of 6.30pm and 8pm however. For longer term parking, you can park in the Westfield shopping centre for £8 for an entire 24 hours - the cheapest place in central London! - and leave it over night for no extra charge - my friends all park there if they are coming to town! You can leave your car there overnight or multiple nights safely. It's a safe 5 minute walk back to the house, via Waitrose if you need some groceries! :)

The One Bramham

This spacious, brightly-lit apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 guests, one reception room and one large, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The wooden floors and the warm colours throughout the apartment provide you with a cozy, home-like environment. The walls are decorated with paintings, giving an artistic feeling. The comfortable living room is equipped with contemporary amenities, such as a widescreen TV and a DVD player and offers you a place to relax after an enjoyable day of sightseeing! Alongside the living room, lies the dining area, capable of accommodating up to 6 people, ideal for a wonderful dinner with family and friends. The stylish kitchen will be a joy to cook in, since it is equipped with a modern oven, microwave, dishwasher and any kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and has its own en-suite, large bathroom with a bathtub. Natural light comes from the large windows, where you have the chance to enjoy the lovely garden view. The second, double bedroom provides you with the same amenities and gorgeous view, while the second bathroom is located just next to it. There is also a mezzanine that can accommodate two additional guests as there is a king size mattress. This area is ideal for children as the height level is low. Both bathrooms have contemporary heating floor systems and stunning, luxurious aesthetics. Our cleaners place fresh, 5-star hotel quality linen on the beds, towels and toiletries in the bathrooms and ensure the home is professionally cleaned and beautifully prepared for you before your arrival! You will have access to the whole property. Linen, bed sheets, body lotion and shampoo will be provided :) Your hosts and I personally, will take care of all the details of your stay 7 days per week responsible for your day to day needs – from special dietary requirements to making recommendations and reservations! Prior to your arrival, I will get in touch with you to arrange all details regarding your stay! Your flight details and telephone number would be very much appreciated, in case I need to contact you! Also, please let me know if you have any special requests! At your arrival day, I will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you and give you all the relevant information about the apartment and the area! It goes without saying that I will be on the other end of the line if you need any further information or assistance during your stay! The apartment is in Earl's Court, a wonderful area full of grand architecture as well as numerous restaurants and shops. The V&A and Natural History museums are close by, and it's walking distance to High Street Kensington. The closest Tube station, just a few minutes' walk, is the wonderfully connected Earl's Court tube station. On this station you could jump on the District and Piccadilly line which will allow you to reach some of the most iconic areas of London such as South Kensington, Notting Hill and Hyde Park, as well as to the city center very quickly. Just a few steps away there are many helpful bus lines that will give you the opportunity to see as much of London as possible. The CityMapper app will help you see what buses are on the way. Taxis are no problem at all to pick up on Warwick Road and you can always get an Uber in a few minutes if you need one. The apartment and its contents should be treated with respect and care and any accidental damages reported. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything. Please note that we have a very strict no party policy. Also, we would like to inform our dear guests that they may be asked to provide a proof of identification at check-in.

Fabulous, Contemporary Garden Apartment in Balham

The property is light and spacious and the reception looking out into the private garden offers a tranquil feeling. I have created a 'London Theme' throughout the property. A good sized Master Bedroom with large King Size Bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers and en-suite wet room (Shower, Toilet, Sink). Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted television. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. The open plan kitchen and reception is ideal to both relax and socialise. Modern but homely, large kitchen bar counter with bar stools. A large comfortable sofa and a feature ‘spitfire’ chair. Separate bistro dining table and chairs. A large wall mounted television with sound bar. Full height glass sliding doors open directly out into the fabulous garden. The garden has a bistro table and chairs and a 3 Meter king built in seating bench (with made to measure cushions for comfort). There is also a built in braai / bbq and a decked area. Stunning lighting has also been installed to offer an ambient garden experience. We provide super fast unlimted fibre broadband for your added enjoyment and convenience. My Airbnb is a ‘permanent airbnb’. The property is for the exclusive use of guests. I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. If you require any printing out of documents or business services, I also have an office close by and pleased to assist. Balham is a wonderful small London suburb with a village feel, with many fabulous independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and pleasant nightlife scene including bars, old-school pubs, and the Banana Cabaret comedy club. There are many parks just a short walk away, including Tooting Bec, Wandsworth and Clapham Commons for green open spaces and picnics. Great rapid transport links into Central London via Tube or Train as Balham Station is just a short 5 min walk away. Just a 5 minute walk from Balham Station which is on the Northern Line Underground and on the National Rail over-ground both offering easy quick access into the City and West End. It’s just 12 minutes on the National Rail From Balham to Victoria and then a short walk to Buckingham Palace. On the tube it’s Just 20 minutes to the South Bank (Waterloo/Embankment) and a couple more minutes to Leicester Square. For the kids wanting the Harry Potter Studio Tour there is a train from Balham once an hour to Watford Junction where you catch the short 10 minute bus ride to the Warner Bros. Studio! Parking is available on the road outside the property and I offer complimentary parking permits on request. WATER I’m often asked about the water. Water from the taps is perfectly safe to drink. USB In every room we have plugs with a USB port for easy charging of devices along with a couple of international plug adapters GENERAL My aim is for all my guests to have a relaxing and wonderful stay at my Airbnb. For your convenience, all cleaning products are provided for you, this includes washing up liquid, cleaning tabs for the dishwasher, washing powder and fabric softener, toilet rolls, shower gel in bathrooms, liquid soaps and hair conditioner. In the unlikely event you run out of these during your stay please do call or message me and I will arrange a quick top up. LINEN We provide quality bed linen and towels for your stay. If you are staying with us for more than 12 days we offer a complimentary linen and towel change and basic clean half way through your stay.

Charming Chelsea Flat / Terrace London's West End

Located in the fashionable Chelsea area of London, within easy reach of all the attractions and walking distance of fine restaurants, pubs and the chic shopping on the famous Kings Road. Newly renovated, lovely high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, and fully-equipped kitchen. Have a meal and relax in a bright bay window or outdoors at a bistro table on our private sheltered roof terrace. This is our second home - I'm sure you will also feel at home. Our Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a private Roof Terrace is located in Chelsea and Kensington, in a quiet street just minutes away from Earls Court and South Kensington tube stations. We use this apartment ourselves so it’s important for us to have comfortable beds and quality furnishings, etc. I know this will be a distinct benefit for our guests too. Our boutique apartment has just been completely renovated to a high standard and features high ceilings / spacious living, hardwood floors throughout the apartment, a decorative fireplace and a lovely private Roof Terrace with plants (attached to a watering system), perfect for alfresco dining. We have electric standing Fans in both bedrooms and Sitting Room in the case of hot weather. The Master Bedroom has very good quality king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a small double bed with under bed storage. There is also a sofa bed in the Sitting Room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to help make you feel at home during your stay, including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, separate clothes dryer, fridge freezer, etc. We also supply a Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee capsules during your stay. The modern tiled bathroom features a bathtub with overhead rainshower and large mirrors. In the Sitting Room there is a glass dining table and seating for four people. This provides a good work area for working at the computer, etc. There is a smart TV in the Sitting Room. Our objective is to do all we can to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We are both life long Londoners and enjoy imparting our knowledge to help you explore and experience this great city. We are very happy to have an open line of communication with you to assist with your planning and reservations, etc. When your stay is confirmed we will email you our personal recommendations for local restaurants, travel, and local sights and help you in any way possible. Located on a quiet street in the heart of the fashionable Chelsea/Earls Court/South Kensington districts but close to many fine restaurants, bistros, and cafes. A short walk to the Kings Road provides some of the best shopping in London. Easy to travel around by train and on foot. London is a 'walking city'. Closest Underground station is Earls Court which is only 8 minutes walk away from our apartment. We love to unwind on our private roof Terrace with a glass of wine - hope you can too! The flat is located between Earls Court and South Kensington Tube Stations. Earls Court Station approximately 7 mins' walk and South Kensington 10 mins' walk. We recently completed a total renovation of our apartment. We are experienced in letting properties and aim to provide a high and responsive standard. We had previously lived in the apartment and let it for long term rentals so this is now new for short stays so, therefore, we have no reviews as yet for this apartment. Located near the centre of Greenwich, both double rooms, 1 DB and 1 KB. Comfortable, modern and central for looking around vibrant Greenwich to enjoy the bars, restaurants and shops or for seeing the sights of London. DLR to Canary wharf in 8 mins and Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park) 20 mins DLR There is a thames clipper jetty located next to the cutty sark, this river service into the heart of the city provides an interesting alternative to the conventional rail transport. Contact for other price offers and discounts. Will consider as pet friendly The flat is fully stocked with the essentials for your stay so that you can have a home away from home. There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Guests will have the entire flat I am available for guest queries and usually send a text the day after checkin just to say Hi and ensure guests have settled in. Davey or Richard will always meet you at the property for check in and run through and questions that you have. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. The flat is approximately five miles from Central London (just a short train, ferry, or DLR ride away). Greenwich Mainline and DLR (URL HIDDEN) 8 mins to London Bridge 13-15 minutes Waterloo East 18-20 Minutes Charing Cross Station (Trafalgar Sq) There is also a Water Ferry directly from Greenwich to the O2 or The Centre. Peaceful Flat Close to Vibrant Dalston

The flat is my own, and I let it when I go away. Consequently it's a lovely, comfortable, easy space to rest and relax in. There's wifi, TV, DVD; and should you fancy, lots of spices in the cupboard for culinary delights. The street is quiet, if you're coming to east london to party this isn't the place for you, but if you are coming to enjoy the city, relax and be right in the heart of one of the most exciting creative areas in London, then this is a wonderful place. The flat is close to buses and the tube, and it's super easy and safe to get home from the centre at night. You have total privacy and are welcome to use the space. I’m available by text or phone. This apartment is on a quiet street in fashionable Dalston. Visit the Rio arts cinema, and browse the many cafes, restaurants, bars, hipster boutiques, and galleries that can be found right on the doorstep. Clissold Park offers plentiful open space. Bus to the end of the road, tube into town, it’s safe to get home at night. Relax and enjoy a little peace in the heart of east london
