Or use this as home base to explore the countless local attractions with over 100 wineries and vineyards nearby, Kerrville downtown (8 min), Fredericksburg main St. (20 min), Bandera (30 min), and so much more. Conveniently within an hour of San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

It has a full kitchen with coffee maker, coffee and WiFi. The beautiful One-of-Kind river frontage has a pavilion with hammocks, fire pit and patio with a fire pit perfect for party."

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

Pecan Treehouse @ A-Frame Ranch

The Pecan Cabin at A-Frame Ranch is a modern A-frame treehouse set on 17 beautiful acres right on the edge of charming Fredericksburg, TX. This is a place to truly unwind and feel like you’re out in the country, while being less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street. The area has so much to offer, from dance halls and wineries, to gourmet restaurants and hiking. Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. Glass walls open to the wooded slopes of Big Hill, a ridge separating the Pedernales and Guadalupe watersheds halfway between Comfort and Fredericksburg. A place to unplug, and reconnect.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is a unique property right on the Guadalupe River. It is a separate guest room and patio built off the garage, that is separate from the house. There is a king bed, kitchenette and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the covered patio. There is a small dock for fishing, sitting, swimming or launching kayaks. There are kayaks, with life jackets, available for your use.
