Bathroom with shower & entrance Hall 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

The Tool Shed

The Tool Shed is a self contained one bedroom cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth. Open plan living downstairs, with everything you could need. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses. Large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious sofa and armchair. Upstairs in the galley bedroom, you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, super king sized bed and a shower en-suite. private patio area at rear.

The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Greylag Cabin at Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Ostlers Cottage

Ostlers Cottage is nestled in a working Stud Farm in north Northamptonshire. Drive a mile down the drive and you will find a idillic retreat. Take time away from towns and city’s and enjoy real country side living. From your kitchen window you will catch glimpses of the fabulous horses bred and trained on site. It’s time to relax. The nearest town is the beautiful market town of Market Harborough which has restaurants and shops galore.
