The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they are a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. "The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

Treat yourself to time away in the heart of Chester County history and horse country. This charming little gem, privately nestled under the evergreens is surrounded by acres of American history dating back to the 1700s. Tucked behind the property's historic stone farmhouse is the newly refurbished cottage which you'll have to yourself. The cottage is tastefully decorated with vintage treasures & has spectacular views of the unique property & gardens.

Our favorite place to escape from the daily grind, The Foxtail is an 1860s colonial home that was thoughtfully and carefully renovated to preserve the original character and introduce modern conveniences. A special place to be at any time of year, enjoy sightings of eagles and other animals, tuning in to nature's soundtrack, and of course, looking out over the oh-so-beautiful Cohansey River.
