Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Bakhuisje aan de Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Vanuit het raam van de bovenverdieping van de gerenoveerde schuur, welke is gelegen naast onze boerderij, kijkt u op de Cabauwse molen en als u geluk heeft broed de ooievaar aan de overkant. Deze stijlvolle accommodatie is perfect om tot rust te komen. Midden in de natuur, aan het water. Wandelen, fietsen, werken, ontspannen. Het kan allemaal in ons huisje midden op het eiland Hoeksche Waard. Maar ook Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Breda liggen op 30 min rijden afstand en kunnen eenvoudig bezocht worden vanuit de locatie. Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.

Brugwachtershuisje Wijkerbrug

Geniet van dit monumentale huisje gelegen aan de Vliet, direct naast de brug. Het huisje is het woongedeelte van een voormalige boerderij, jarenlang gebruikt als brugwachters post. De brug wordt nu op afstand bediend, daarmee verloor het huisje haar functie. Nu is het een heerlijke en prachtige plek geworden om te genieten van het leven aan het water.
