Bella Vista Blu *BEACH FRONT* POOLS*

We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. One of 2 units provides privacy and a quiet stay. 5 minute walk to a quiet north beach walk across in The Sanctuary area. Very short walk to shops, and restaurants. No busy streets to cross. Parking in garage and driveway. Large garage for storing beach gear. Convenient exterior shower. Spacious living room open to fully equipped kitchen. Huge covered porch with seating for 7. Dogs allowed with approval and $100 pet cleaning fee. No state or city taxes charged.

If you love pink you will LOVE This stylish place. It is perfect for group trips, family friendly, we even have a game room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking supplies. We are 6 miles to the airport, 12 miles to downtown Savannah. We are about 6 minutes to Pooler and many restaurants. We are in the Gulfstream/Ports area. If you are wanting to do a small bridal shower, baby shower or reveal, bachelorette or bachelor gathering it is an extra charge. Please message for details.

Fantastic 4 Bedroom house in quiet beach neighborhood! This is one of the few Single Family Homes in the Community and boasts 2170 square feet featuring 2 huge wrap around porches, additional large separate deck and plenty of space to relax. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! We welcome guests with the booking person at least 25 years old or up.

Come check out the new updates to our pool!! Plus lots of new stuff just added! Brand new bed, sheets and comfy pillows in the bedroom. Brand new bathtub and shower. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Basics like plates and utensils as well as a toaster, blender, a George Foreman grill and more!. New 43 inch TV in the living area and another one in the bedroom. The condo is steps away from the pool & beach for a family of 4 or 2 couples. HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and more!!

Sleeping four on the water

Our place is located on beautiful Wilmington Island, half way from Downtown and Tybee Island a GREAT LOCATION. The views are amazing marsh, creek, and Johnny Mercer Bridge. We are very close to local restaurants, arts culture, parks. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children bring or rent your equipment P&P, gates ECT). Owners lives on site apt. attached. This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

Great off street parking. Minutes from Airport, Gulfstream and 15 minutes to Downtown Savannah. Nice safe neighborhood. Fire pit with large fenced in backyard, perfect for small gatherings. Shore Power for RV Cam Lock Hook Up and 5 minutes to camping world. There will be a pet fee of $25-$50 based on pet size. This fee will be added once you book. We apologize if this turns anyone off but it takes on average another hour and a half to cleanup afterwards.
