A very nice place, close to town but far enough away, quiet neighborhood, and very comfortable.

The house was perfect for our Family. Everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in Summer and see this beautiful area.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Pagosa Springs! The home was spotless and felt so inviting the moment we walked in. It was stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra blankets, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to all the best attractions, restaurants, and of course, the hot springs. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Best family vacation ever this cabin is the best one listed by Vacasa you will not regret it fish love the green garlic power bait house was better than expected we will definitely stay here again and again don’t pass this place up 💯 the best spot in Pagosa Springs everything you need is five minutes away Walmart street market and Roses pizza and two chicks and a hippie for breakfast absolutely delicious food!

We loved the open floor plan on this house. Also loved the Mountain View from the front bedroom. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dakota House. It is thoughtfully layed out and equipped with everything a renter would need. Katy was easy to communicate with! We spent the week skiing and driving around the surrounding areas. South Fork is limited in amenities, but the quick 23 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area was great! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

This was a great house for the 7 of us (4 kids from age 2-11) and 3 adults. It was spacious, had everything we needed, has character, and was a good location to use as a base to get out and see the Monte Vista National Wildlife park and the Sand Dunes. There is also a kids playground just a couple of blocks away which was an added bonus for us. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

This is such a cute little place to stay! We stayed to go to the hot springs, and it's perfect walking distance if it's not too cold outside, but easy driving if you want to have your car handy. The Carriage House was clean and the main bed was super comfy!

Beautiful place with a real home-like feel, working fireplace and great hot tub. Lots of space without losing the cozy feel. Kitchen particularly well stocked and fun to cook in. Beds veryn comfortable. Loads of parking. Being on the mountain side of Pagosa really helps one get up the mountain.

Had a great stay. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the 2-1/2 baths were a nice feature for our group of 5. It was easy to find and very convenient for going up to Wolf Creek to ski. We had no issues. They allowed us to use the garage for our vehicle and that was a nice plus we hadn't planned on. Would definitely stay again.

This home was a gem. Tucked in and surrounded by beauty, it was just what my family needed as a “base” for our adventures. It is evident that much care and attention was put into keeping up this property and making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

House was extremely clean and comfortable. Felt very at home right away. Everything was easy to find and operate. Beds were comfortable. Favorite thing about the house was sitting in the front room that has all the windows just drinking my coffee enjoying the silence. Beautiful home. There was just the three of us on this trip, but I would recommend this home to anyone that has the need to accommodate a large group as this house could easily sleep 10-12 people or more comfortably. And the town of Pagosa Springs…I’m in love! Looking forward to staying again next hunting season!!

This was our family’s first trip to Colorado. We were looking for something cozy and felt like home. Christy’s Mountain Home definitely hit the mark. Big windows to see the beautiful Mountain view. I was in town for some training I needed a close place to stay that was affordable. Stan's place fit all of that plus had some nice conveniences that I appreciated also. Would def stay here again.

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

The only mark against the location was the cost(AirBnB fees) otherwise it was wonderful. Chuck is very helpful, and aims to make sure uour stay is as comfortable as possible. would love to visit again, and NOT be there for work.
