~ Shore ~ Thing ~ Studio Condo near the Beach ~

Resort amenitys are currently out of service for guest use. The beach is calling and I must go! Sunset view studio condo located at an oceanfront resort. Condo offers a King sized bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Direct oceanfront access from the property. Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

The Best View Of Pool And Ocean

We are located on Daytona Beach a 1 minute walk through the pool area to be on the beach. You cannot beat this ocean view. This Studio has been completely remodeled in October 2024. Enjoy the new 75" TV and the oversized comfortable chair with ottoman. The table allows for dining and also for working. Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day.

Nautical wreck, Heated Pool! 2 BATH!,ocean view!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Just fully renovated and furnished and ready to be enjoyed by you. 675 sq/ft condo-tel with FULL kitchen and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH! Bedroom has its own bathroom and living room has its own so no disturbing your kids or friends at night time. Oceanfront complex and my condo has a nice side view of ocean from my 5th floor private balcony also from front door. 2 pools one is heated!

Breathtaking Ocean View Suite w/ Spacious Balcony!

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Bookings for August into oct. does not have balcony access, due to concrete repairs. rates are 60%off due to these repairs. Netflix Included, Come Experience our amazing beachfront views in our beautiful newly remodeled studio in daytona beach located directly on the beach, it is like being on a cruise ship over the ocean. and a King Size Bed and full sleeper sofa we are walking distance to Great Restaraunts, all linens, towels, beach towels and coffee, creamer,and sugar.

Please bring your own towels for shower and other purposes. We can no longer fund this expense of replacing towels .

Queen and a twin bed that opens to king, stocked with beach gear. We offer beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more for 2. On the beach with city view. Max 4, no pets. No smokers. Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage, sea wall, pools and all other amenities are closed at this time. Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side. Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
