Stop searching you’ve found it! Our third visit to AMI and Amy’s home was without a doubt the best place we’ve stayed. Everything is brand spanking new (sadly she had to renovate after last year’s hurricane). Her home is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. We made all but one of our meals in her fab kitchen and made great use of her fantastic brand new Weber grill. The little plunge pool is a wonderful treat after a busy day relaxing on the beach. The cottage is walkable to bars and restaurants not to mention a short walk to the beautiful beach. Amy has thought of everything. Amy herself was a fantastic host - proactively checking in on us and providing thoughtful advice. We would be thrilled to stay again on our next visit to AMI. Thank you Amy!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

Christina's house was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I need a kitchen to prepare my meals (special diet), and the kitchen was well equipped. I enjoyed the screened-in back patio overlooking the large back yard. The area was peaceful and quiet. I hope that I get a chance to stay here again.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We loved our stay at this house. The host was very helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is one of the prettiest we saw in the city of St. Petersburg and it's close to a bunch of really cool restaurants and bars. We had a great experience overall.

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

Lea’s place was great for a stay attending a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatics Complex. Her place was just as described and had everything that you could want. The backyard was really nice and relaxing! Sitting under the umbrella on a lounge chair in the afternoon was perfect! The master bathroom was really nice. I appreciated the shower controls being on the wall which allowed you to turn the shower on without getting soaked. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would ever need to prep a meal. While we didn’t have a dog with us, Lea’s would be an excellent place to stay with a pup.

Went to Bradenton for a couple of days and decided on staying in Andrew’s wonderful house. The location is great, lots of shops and restaurants and close to Anna Maria Island. The house was spacious, clean, had all the amenities and the pool was a huge plus! Andrew was quick in his responses and very friendly. Had a great time and will definitely come again in the future.

Cheryl's place was great for our family of three. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of space, light filled, perfect AC, all the supplies one can think of in the kitchen, bathrooms. Very nice, clean, generously sized pool and back yard were one of reasons I picked the place and it was very enjoyable. Garage filled with towels, beach chairs, swimming goggles, swimming / beach toys. Cheryl thought of everything! Easy location for the Tampa Bay area. Definitely recommend!

My family felt right at home and the listed property was exactly how described. The heated saltwater pool and hot tub made all the difference to the kids. We also appreciated the Lanai. Jakub was a wonderful host who responded very quickly to the few questions I had and we would definitely rebook when traveling back to the area!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

Lovely home with a large fenced backyard and a warm pool. Conveniently located near Robinson Preserve and Anna Maria Island. Michelle was quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Really great accommodation! Stayed with a group of friends. Loved the pool and outdoor space! Kitchen had all the amenities needed. Host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the pool. Game room and laundry was a bonus! Beach is close but lots of traffic getting on/off Anna Maria Island. Beautiful beaches, recommend Coquina!

We are repeat guests at Rancho Relaxo, and we will continue to return as long as they have us. I highly recommend Lynn's place if you're looking for a place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed the heated pool every night, and our dogs loved the gated backyard. The location is private, yet it's conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

I can’t rave enough about this place. Already of thinking of staying again. From start to finish the process was smooth. It was exactly what we wanted. I initially wanted a different home and my dates wouldn’t work with that home, but Stephanie suggested another home and it was even better for what I needed. The environment was relaxing and the location was close to what we needed, which included the beach. They even followed up with us to make sure we didn’t have any needs the next day. She’s definitely a hands-on host that wants to make sure your experience is an enjoyable one. She provides very detailed instructions so you don’t have to wonder about anything start to finish. The home is decorated tastefully and the kitchen included anything you would need as if you were in your own home. In essence , you can tell this host took a lot of effort to think about everything and make you feel welcome. Which is why I intend to stay again.

Mario's place was a great set up for our family. It's a little smaller than what we thought it was going to be but the island is so beautiful that we didn't really spend a lot of time inside anyways. We had a blast on our trip for a week. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the neighbor directly behind their place didn't like any noise at all. In the instructions it states that the "quiet" time is from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. There were two nights that we were being "loud" at 7:30ish PM outside in the pool having fun with our kids and she used choice words after banging on the fence to get us to quiet down. A few nights later around the same time she threatened to call the cops. We were enjoying our vacation, we weren't being rude at all, I think she is what I would consider the "Sherrif of No Fun" but other than those two nights we would highly recommend Mario and his place. It was a great location and we were able to enjoy your stay.

We traveled across the state just for a long weekend, and stayed at Donna‘s place. From the moment we got there until the moment we left, we were comfortable and very satisfied. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay whether it’s a long weekend or a longer time. It’s immaculate. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely come back. And where it says 2 miles to beaches is very accurate, plus anything you need to go to the beach is provided for your stay.

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

We only had a couple of days here bolted on at the end of a hectic week of Cheer competitions at the world champs. Great place to wind down before heading home. Sadie’s house is in a fantastic neighbourhood, quiet, yet close to the beach. It is also perfect for just staying in, using the patio and pool to relax and chat with family. Would recommend.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Daniel’s place. The home is very well-equipped. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches— that office chair is so comfortable!— and it’s rare to find an AirB&B with a kitchen that has everything you’d need to cook a nice meal at home. We had a busy time during this trip, and we confirm that this is a great spot to hunker down if you need to get work done. Overall our biggest complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! We both hope to return and stay for much longer next time. Thanks, Daniel!

Convenient location. Very clean house. Perfect for our family of 3 and a dog. Our dog enjoyed fully fenced, well maintained yard! We hope to be back next year!
