Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home 1) Bethany Beach is a 5 min drive to the north, Fenwick and Ocean City are an 8-10 minute drive to the south. 2) Private Beach access with South Bethany Parking Permits or an 8 minute walk. 3) Peace and quiet without crowds. 4) A Safe neighborhood for the kids to play or just a peaceful walk. 5) Canoe, Dock Fishing, Crabbing An experienced host of 33 years. Enjoy a quiet, private setting just 3 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Nestled across from the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge, you can relax in a spacious home away from home. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside while you relax on the dock overlooking the pond. Spacious Bethany Beach Retreat Pool Pickle Ball

Fully Equipped, all you need is a beach towel! Listed as one of Delaware's top Airbnb's! This is a perfect get away for family and friends. The beach is 1.5 miles away and the amazing pool is a 2 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and the patio and yard add space for your stay. Tennis and Pickleball court access. Linens included and everything you may have forgotten. Families and friends return again and again to make memories.
