The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

We are approx 900m from the local township and shops, situated at the end of a culdesac with no passing traffic. Enjoy full sea views from most rooms, and watch the ferry crossing from the deck. Quality appliances include Miele dishwasher and washing machine and SMEG oven. You are invited to forage in the gardens for veges and herbs. Free wifi too!

A modern, concrete tilt-up house located literally metres from the beautiful Boston Bay. Your 2 bedroom private suite with its own luxurious bathroom where you can sit in the freestanding bath and look out over the bay is located in the downstairs section of the house. Relax in the indoor egg chair or on the extra large lounge, open the front bifold doors and watch seals, dolphins, whales and ospreys pass within metres. Walk out the front onto the Parnkalla Trail or just relax on the deck.

Yoho House is a luxurious and secluded farm house surrounded by spring fed creeks at Delamere; along South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. Yoho House is the perfect country getaway. Take in stunning views of the creeks and trees from the cosy couch while being warmed by the wood fireplace, soak away the hours in the deep bath, cook a hearty meal in our full sized kitchen, enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree, or enjoy the afternoon sun while listening to the creeks. In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.
