Slow Beam.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Frederick Lane. Cozy retreat, beach, sauna & gym!

Take a breath and relax! Frederick Lane is your cosy coastal escape, made for days by the sea. Warm up in your private sauna, rinse off outdoors, and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Wander across the road to the gorgeous beach, then come back and settle into the warmth. Move your body with quality workout gear, unwind in the cosy courtyard, explore quiet trails, two adult bikes available! Inside, a spacious kitchen and dining area await, plus smart TVs in both bedrooms for chilled nights in!

The Hideout Cabin

Take yourselves away on a stunning waterfront nature retreat at this private, peaceful and stylish solar powered cabin in the middle of the Tasmanian wilderness. Set up for up to four adults, this gorgeous home offers waterfront views, two luxurious bedrooms, a large kitchen with a Glemgas 6 burner gas stove and oven, an indoor fireplace, coffee machine and a fire-pit for enjoying balmy evenings. Add an absolute abundance of wildlife, fishing and swimming and you have the perfect getaway!

Arden Retreat - The Croft at Richmond

Immerse yourself in the ultimate nature experience as you unwind at The Croft of Arden. This handcrafted accommodation rests in the hills of the historic village of Richmond. It enjoys complete seclusion yet located only 5 minutes from the town centre. With careful attention to detail in textures and finishes, The Croft is positioned to leave you feeling refreshed and enveloped in nature. Complete your sensory experience as you bask under dark skies in the woodfired hot tub. Simply magic!

Stay for a coastal bush experience in our little piece of paradise. Walk and explore the quiet lagoon, reserve and surf beach. Enjoy star gazing and Aurora hunting from your private deck. Located on the unique South Arm Peninsula surrounded by pristine beaches whilst still being an easy drive to Hobart (30 min). The space is cozy and comfortable with ample ammenities, attentive hosts and a detailed guest book. Perfect as a base to explore Southern Tasmania or to sit back and relax.

The Songbird | Waterfront Escape

Where the sea sings and time slows… On Bruny Island’s quiet edge, The Songbird - a 1960s shack, lovingly restored - offers a romantic hideaway just metres from the water’s edge. Linen-draped interiors, a flickering fire, and an antique outdoor bath invite you to pause. Wake to the morning chorus and the scent of salt air, and soak beneath stars as the world hushes around you. Here, the rhythm of waves meets the melody of birdsong - and everything unnecessary falls quietly away.

Riverview Bungalow South Arm

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

Total Waterfront Self Contained Cottage

Unique totally beach front cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you enjoy at home. Wood heater with Netflix and Sing Star. Close to bus stop and RSL. Beds made up before your stay and towels provided. Have fun with the Kayak’s , push bike and fishing rod equipment on site also. Free bottle of sparkling and free WIFI. The kitchen has had a modern renovation in 2025, new kitchen modern appliances have been introduced to this area.

Orchards Nest - private, mineral hot tub w/ views

Getaway from the everyday and embrace relaxation. Nestled high on a hill overlooking glorious sunrises/sunsets, rolling green hills and orchards, blue skies and towering green gum trees. Friendly wildlife, twinkling stars and a custom made hot tub are yours when you stay here. Fall asleep on luxurious linen. Feel the quiet stillness of the surrounding Tasmanian bush. Pause from the race of life, rest, recharge, connect with nature and rejuvenate.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Casa Del Mar @ Opossum Bay

Casa Del Mar is a beachside retreat located in the idyllic seaside town of Opossum Bay. With its inviting coastal decor and relaxing ambience, it provides the perfect setting for a rejuvenating getaway or family vacation.
