It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

We are 30 mins from Bicester Village, Silverstone, Stowe House, Waddesdon Manor, Claydon House, The Ridgeway, The Chilterns, Ascott House & Bletchley Park.

Come and relax in our beautiful farm cottage with a private deck and garden surrounded by amazing rolling countryside. Perfect for spending some special time with your family. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL IS NOW CLOSED IT WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY 26 THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY.

A stunning boutique style residence that has been brand newly converted and renovated throughout in a stylish decor creating a wonderful cosy atmosphere in a countryside setting ideal for a couple or single person . We are well situated for visiting Silverstone, Addington, Oxford, Bicester Village, Waddesdon Manor, Stowe Gardens and Bletchley Park. Also good for working in Milton Keynes or Aylesbury and for trains into London and Birmingham. The apartment has disabled access and ample off-road parking. We are happy to accommodate well-behaved dogs.

This location on the Greensand Ridge is perfect for walkers and cyclists. The village pub ‘The Green Man’ is a must!

Fast train connections into London Euston from Leighton Buzzard (fast train 27 minutes!). Close to M1, Luton Airport just 23 miles away.

The Former Stables

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.

Little Oak is a delightful one bedroom self contained single storey timber barn. Based on the outskirts of Cublington village with easy access to the market towns of Aylesbury 6 miles, and Leighton Buzzard 5 miles and the bustling new town of Milton Keynes 10 miles. Bicester Village retail shopping venue is only a 35 minute drive. Oxford is easily reached by car or bus from Aylesbury. Ideally located for many National Trust properties and Bletchley Park museum.
