Il punto di forza effetto WOW è la vista a 180° sul golfo, visibile da tutto l'appartamento e dalla grande terrazza. Rilassatevi nel grande giardino e fate una passeggiata nel bosco privato! se sarete fortunate vedrete i cerbiatti che vi abitano. La fermata dell'autobus e il parcheggio gratuito sono direttamente sotto la casa.

Per una vacanza anche di più giorni, proponiamo una graziosa casetta monofamiliare di 65 mq., immersa nel verde, vista mare, con taverna relax, giardino recintato e grande terrazza solarium, che è stata completamente ristrutturata per un uso turistico. La struttura si sviluppa su un piano, con annessa taverna al piano inferiore; è esposta a sud e quindi soleggiata tutto il giorno e fronteggia un fitto bosco con il ruscello sottostante.

Una base particolare per una vacanza a Trieste e dintorni; a circa 200 m da una fermata del "Tram de Opcina". Tutti sono i benvenuti.

In pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro passando per via Cavana, una piacevole passaggiata fra negozi caratteristici e locali.
