The apartment lived up to our expectations. It was very comfortable and an easy stroll to either the #2 vaporetto at Zattere or the Accademia stop on the Grand Canal for the number 1 or 2. The best route from the bus station is to go to Zattere., because it will not be crowded and is faster and if you have luggage there are ramps to walk up on the two bridges. The entrance way, like a lot of Venetian houses, is dark and unfinished, but there is a light. The 13 stairs up to the apartment have a handrail. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed our stay n this quiet part of Venice.

Claudia’s place looked exactly like the photos. It is clean, and fun to be right on the canal—We had fun waving to the boats passing by from the windows. I stayed with my 6YO daughter who now wants to live in Claudia’s apt because she loved it so much. 😊 it was the perfect space for us. I appreciates the quiet location so we could sleep well. Claudia responded very quickly to every question and request that I had. It made our trip so much easier because I had her information very quickly. I highly recommend staying in her place and look forward to a future visit.

Absolutely loved our stay in Giovanna’s place. What a lovely place and Giovanna was so warm and friendly. The house is so cosy and beautiful - we felt so warm. There is so much history and beauty throughout Venice and this house is one of the quieter what very easily walkable neighbourhood. Absolutely charming!

A superbly stylish and well-appointed AirBnB in a peaceful and lovely location away from the busier tourist spots. Close to the vaporetto, though, therefore easy to get to all the must-see sights of Venice. We loved the art, the Richard Sapper design pieces and the beautiful coloured gondola fragments. Very special.

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment is spacious and offers a nice balcony with a view onto the laguna. We would definitely stay there again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir sind als fünfköpfige Familie gereist, aber dank drei getrennt begehbarer Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder hat jeder genug Privatsphäre. Die Aussicht auf Park und Lagune ist herrlich und die Lage ein Traum! Man ist nah genug an den Sehenswürdigkeiten dran und kann dennoch dem Trubel entkommen. Vaporetto Station ebenfalls sehr nah, sowie gute Lokale, Supermarkt, Apotheke… alles da! Wunderbar!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Casa Tey è corrispondente all'annuncio e l'host è cordiale e precisa. Zona tranquilla, vicino ad un parco per bambini, al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Ottimo per famiglie (anche numerose come la nostra).

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing - so easy to get to from the bus station or airport waterbus. Very quiet at night but loads to do in the area and less touristy. But also very close to the key spots and places to visit. The flat is spacious, clean, comfortable and also has a co-op store nearby. Great hosts, really responsive and friendly with great suggestions for places to eat out and visit. Brilliant gelateries and restaurants nearby. Flat has everything you will need.

Chiara was a joy from start to finish. Lots of helpful messages even before our trip. Then really flexible and helpful when we arrived. Made our start in Venice so relaxing. The apartment is beautiful and clean and right in the middle of the City. We can’t of asked for more on our stay. Grazie Chiara….

The apartament is spacious, we are a family of four and managed to stay and sleep comfortably. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, communication was fast and easy. The apartment was clean and functional, hosts were kind and greeted us with snacks. We had a great stay, recommended!!

Mirko war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Schon bei der Ankunft haben wir uns total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön groß und einfach perfekt gelegen, ideal für unseren Urlaub. Besonders toll war Mirkos Herzlichkeit: Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und würden sofort wiederkommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung mit ganz viel Dankbarkeit.

Roberto’s place is perfect if you want to be slightly out of the main tourist areas, yet still close enough to walk to everything. Roberto was extremely easy to communicate with, and Carla met us at the vaporetto so she could walk us to the apartment. There are several lovely restaurants very close by, as well as a small supermarket. The apartment had everything we needed, as well as extra touches like travel adaptors if you need them. Would definitely stay again if in Venice.

L’appartement d’Elena spacieux, lumineux et propre est idealement situé au centre de Venice permettant de se rendre partout a pied ou vaporetto! La Communications avec Elena a ete simple, Claire, amicale et rapide. Je recommande vivement!

Monica’s place was a dream stay! The apartment is amazing, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and the location is great. A short walk to Piazza San Marco and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Monica was super responsive and helpful, promptly answered all our questions and requests and even booked water taxis for us to get to the apartment when we arrived and to the train station when we left. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about our stay. Highly recommend!
