The rooms guarantee maximum comfort, they are bright and spacious. The first has a very large double bed and the other two very comfortable single beds. You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. You can leave your luggage until the end of the day, for free [luggage deposit is next door, 10 meters]. ONLY FOR YOU: Handy! This light and airy apartment is on the third floor of my building in a charming campiello (little square) with a fountain and lively neighborhood cafes. It is architect restored with careful attention to traditional Venetian materials and has a private garden. Window Screens. You are a beautiful 10 minute walk from the Accademia Bridge. The house is easy to reach from Marco Polo airport of Venice by bus (line 80, 'Malcontenta' bus stop) and it is easy to reach from the motorway too. The bus from Malcontenta takes about 30 minutes to Venice and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the flat (3 minutes to walk). The best way to reach Venice is by bus, but you can also drive until Fusina and from there catch the ferry (whose ticket is included in the price of the parking). House have a park for only one car (free).

Historic residence with private courtyard

Casa storica quattrocentesca situata in una caratteristica corte del XV sec. La zona è molto tranquilla e comoda, raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi dal terminal automobilistico Piazzale Roma e a 10 minuti dalla Ferrovia. Restaurato completamente nel 2018 e con arredi di design, dispone di due camere con letti matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia spaziosa, e una cucina accessoriata. Dalle camere si accede alla corte privata, dove potete rilassarvi con un drink a fine giornata.

Puo' ospitare fino a 3 persone dato che vi è un comodo divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno ma attenzione che il bagno si trova al piano superiore e per accedervi bisogna passare davanti alla camera da letto open space.
