From here, it’s only 30 minutes to Kyoto and 15 minutes to Nara, making it a great base for exploring the area. Parking is available, so you’re welcome to arrive by rental car as well. The house also features a café and a weekend beer garden, where you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and connect with friendly locals.

こちらのユニークな宿泊先には、独自のスタイルがあります。 2023年10月に新築オープン、ホストは1階管理室に在住してますが、ほぼ一棟貸し感覚でご利用できます。 2階フロアは全て貸切り。グラフテクトのアイランドキッチンを中心にした広々としたLDKは勿論、ヴィラの最も特徴的な空間であるスカイテラスには、屋外ソファを設置しサウナ（利用可能時間18:00〜22:00）やジャグジーの他、最大100インチのプロジェクターで映画のタイトルなどが楽しめます。また、カナダ製ブロイルキング社（現在は都合によりウェーバー社）の本格的BBQグリルを設置しておりいつでもバーベキューを楽しむことが出来き、グランピング感覚でも楽しむことができます。（BBQグリルにはいわゆる焼肉用のお肉ではなく、厚切りのステーキ用をご用意していただく方が適しています。） 観光では最寄りのJR木津駅から京都駅まで快速で約36分、大阪駅まで快速で約60分、奈良駅まで快速で約6分の立地でとても便利です。

150년 된 일본 전통 고택을 한 채 전체 대여로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 다다미방 3개와 나무 바닥 방 1개, 긴 엔가와(縁側)와 전통 부엌이 마련되어 있습니다. 옛 모습 그대로 보존된 소나무 나무 바닥은 현대 일본에서는 더 이상 보기 드문 일본산 소나무로 만들어져 있어 매우 귀중한 공간입니다. 각 방은 미닫이문을 닫으면 독립된 개인 공간으로 이용하실 수 있습니다. 화장실은 수세식이며 워슈렛이 설치되어 있습니다. 욕실은 옛 감성이 느껴지는 타일식 일본 욕실로, 연한 하늘색 타일이 사랑스럽습니다. 숙박 중에는 아름다운 시가라키야키 식기도 자유롭게 사용하실 수 있습니다. 또한 유기농 커피 원두와 시가라키 아사미야 지역의 유기농 ‘오야코 호지차(Oyako Hojicha)’도 즐기실 수 있습니다.
