Wine Country treasure of a spacious town home in Cotati CA located close to Sonoma State Univ., Pengrove and Petaluma on the south, Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa to the north. Shared with owner who may be in the home depending on work schedule. Use of most of the home including kitchen, dining and living rooms, private upstairs guest bedroom with a brand new Sealy bed, desk and chair, dresser, a lot of closet space and a private bathroom. People from all backgrounds, ages and genders are welcome!

Brand new, spacious, clean, comfortable, temperature controlled space with 12' cathedral ceilings, high efficiency appliances, and great insulation. My old house, which used to sit here, was the stagecoach stop. That home burned down in the Valley Fire, so Everything is now brand new. I designed this space to have an open feel and let the light in, yet feel private and welcoming. You have your own deck to watch the morning sun come up while you drink your coffee and a memory foam bed.

Wine and Golf Paradise in Windsor, CA (#2)

The WorldMark-Windsor is a timeshare resort located within the Russian River Valley. It is one of California's most beautiful wine regions. The name on the reservation must be the person checking in at the front desk. You must be at least 21 years old to check in. Wifi is available for an additional fee. The resort charges and collects the fee. If your check-in date is on a Friday there may be a delay in getting your room as there is a large volume of guests checking in on Fridays.
