Die ca. 90 qm große - lizenzierte - Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen liegt im Zentrum von Cala Ratjada, in unmittelbarer Nähe der Uferpromenade, direkt hinter dem Cafe Noah's. Die Wohnung, zu der auch ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört, befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Mit dem Aufzug gelangen Sie von der Tiefgarage bis fast vor die Wohnungstüre, was insbesondere bei größeren Einkäufen sehr praktisch ist. Überhaupt ist ein TG-Stellplatz in dieser zentralen Lage sehr wertvoll.

„Casa Levante“- Historisches Stadthaus im Herzen der Altstadt von Capdepera! Das komplett renovierte Haus liegt fußläufig vom bekannten Orientplatz entfernt. Im ganzen Ort befinden sich gute Restaurants. Direkt vor der Haustür beginnt das Leben in dem malerischen Dorf Capdepera! Mittwochs ist Markttag. Im Mai und August sind Dorffeste direkt vor der Tür! tolle Strände sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Unser „Casa Levante“ in Capdepera im Herzen der Altstadt - ganzjährig super nutzbar!

Son Galta is a natural stone finca is situated in a spectacular location on a hill in the est of Mallorca. The panoramic view from Costa de los Pinos to Calas de Mallorca is stunning. The terraces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the Sa Punta d'en Amer peninsula. The home offers 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. Next to the covered terrace with dining table is a modern gas barbecue. In the pool area you can relax on the loungers or the chill-out sofa and look out over the sea.
