A lakás csendes zöldövezetben, jól megközelíthető helyen van. A közös használatú udvarban hangulatos helyen grillezési, bográcsozási lehetőséget kínálunk. A hátsó zöld kertünk labdázásra, tollasozásra, pihenésre hívogat... Kaposvár és a Deseda tó közelsége egy nagyon jó kombináció ------- Gyertek, próbáljátok ki!

Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Lehet horgászni, sokféle madár hangjában gyönyörködni vagy a szarvasok bőgését hallgatni. Nagy gonddal alakítottuk ki ezt a különleges szálláshelyet. Remek kirándulóhelyek vannak a közelben. De ha valaki a város nyüzsgésére vágyik, a közelben van Siófok, a Balaton parti üdülő város, ahol sokféle szórakozási és vásárlási lehetőség van.

Mulberry Tree Cottage

On the northern shore of Lake Balaton, in the picturesque Lovas, our guests can relax in a village environment in a Provence-style, 19th century stone house, its garden and pool. The ruins of a 200-year-old barn accommodate the garden dining and lounge area. In the tastefully furnished, comfortable house with a cathedral-like living-kitchen, the guests will feel at home and at ease. Paloznak, Csopak, Balatonfüred are a few minutes' drive away. Alsóörs can be reached with a comfortable walk.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
