Beautiful & Historic Spanish-Style Home Built in 1925, this charming Spanish-style home is part of Yuma’s rich history. Recently renovated, it blends historic character with modern comfort, featuring vibrant décor, and a lush garden perfect for relaxing with family and friends. The property sits on a large lot. A fenced backyard separates the home from a charming tiny house, which is also an Airbnb. Both accommodations are completely private and do not share any indoor or outdoor spaces.

Bring the whole family or crew to this great place with lots of room for fun. Pool is not heated. We have four bedrooms; each has a private bathroom. Primary suite has a king bed and a walk-in shower. We have three TVs w/ Roku access, games, and puzzles. The office has a TV, futon couch, and a piano. Back yard includes pool with a slide & diving board, BBQ grill with table & chairs. Counter seats 4 and the dining table has 8 chairs. There are a port-a-crib and high chair available.

The property is divided in to two airbnbs with there own private entrence and private backyard grill outdoor dining and fire pit lounge area. None of the areas are shared they are 100% privateEnjoy your time at this stylish place make great memories at the poolside !! Pool is totally private for this unit in winter season pool temperature can vary depending on the weather outside it’s not a close pool heater is normally on from Nov to May.
