Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland. Come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie. Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

Burnside Bungalow, w/ dock, pool & firepit

Experience a perfect lake getaway at Burnside Bungalow. This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Lake Cumberland home sleeps 12 and offers views of the lake. The guests have exclusive access to a private dock slip and Villager Resort amenities. The home has an eat-in kitchen, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, and ample parking for vehicles. Enjoy lawn games, S’mores at the fire pit, and the lower level game and bunk room. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Small cabin close to town

Cabin was built by my grandparents about 40 years ago using timber cut from the land. Cabin is about 5 miles from town but feels country. Road is quite, with just local traffic, local being the people that live on the road. Very quite setting. Great place to relax where ever you find yourself, wither it is in the house, on one of the porches, or in the yard. House also has a fire pit in the back yard, & a charcoal gill if you want to grill out. We are pet friendly!
