You will not find a better view of Lake Cumberland! Newly renovated 2022!! Previously our family home, we cherish this property. We ask anyone renting to respect the neighbors and home as we have. The Lakeview Blue House is within walking distance of Lake Cumberland, several restaurants, gas stations and a liquor store. There is a seasonally open public boat ramp directly over the hill from the home and many others including Waitsboro, Burnside Marina and Burnside Island State Park/ ramp nearby.

Relax in the forest is this amazing 4bd/2.5ba cottage. Only minutes to the Ramsey Point boat ramp, this is your base for your Lake Cumberland vacation. Bring your boat; ample parking onsite. Don't have a boat? No problem, Beaver Creek and Conley Bottom marinas are close by. House features modern amenities and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the fireplace indoors or the firepits outdoors. Forest views and fresh air galore await you, especially from the hot tub! Absolutely no smoking inside or out.

Welcome to our countryside getaway nestled on almost 5 acres within 5-20 miles of Burnside, Lee's Ford, and Conley Bottom Marinas. Enjoy the day on Lake Cumberland. Come back to relax, eat, drink & be merry. Gather around the outside barbecue area and fire pit or snuggle up inside next to the fireplace, playing games or watching a movie. Whether you are on a couple's retreat, fishing buddy's getaway, or family vacation - the house and outdoor area provide plenty of room to relax and enjoy.

Lake front Cabin - Private dock

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

With the nearest boat dock (Lees Ford Marina) being a mile away. Interested in biking or hiking? Pulaski County Park (4mi) is a great spot for both! A fun, lake view lake house situated on the banks of the Big South Fork River. You will love waking up each morning with a beautiful view of the river. Watch as the boats go out for a day on the water. Every where you turn, you are surround with beauty. We back up to the Daniel Boon National Forest. No matter the time of year you decide to stay, there is always plenty of hiking, fishing and site seeing to do. We are also right across the street from the pool.

Quiet peaceful place. Off the beaten path. Back up to Daniel Boone national forest. Plenty of wildlife. Located in between lake Cumberland and laurel lake. Animals running around all the time. From deer, squirrels, rabbits and dogs. Even an occasional bear sighting. Hardly any traffic due to my place being the only one on road. Children can run around with minimal supervision. Just a quiet place off the beaten path.

Cabin on lake Cumberland

Conveniently located just outside Somerset. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. Boat ramp at end of the road less than .8 miles with parking. Cute cabin decorated with nautical theme. Fully furnished just bring your personal belongings. Gas grill on the patio and covered front porch for you to enjoy the mornings and evenings after a day on the lake. Owner laundries bedding and towels provided.

Coffee with the Squirrels

New chalet only 5 minutes to city of Somerset and 5 minutes to Lake Cumberland! Cozy 1 king size bedroom with custom features throughout. Walk out on your master suite deck and have coffee with nature! Full size bathroom w custom tile. Back deck that overlooks woods and wildlife. Sometimes there is a neighbor who has a dog that barks a couple housss down, I’m sorry if it does, doesn’t happen often

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Convenient to just about anything. This home is located downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Within 8 minutes Walking to the town square. And a 10 minute drive to lees ford marina and under 15 minutes to Burnside marina. It is also less than 3 miles to the rural development center.
