The estate is in a protected natural reserve and offers a wide variety of activities suitable for all ages, including wonderful walks by the Thames path, cycling, swimming, tennis courts, football pitch, two kids play areas, paddle boarding, canoeing, sailing and fishing.

Charming one bed detached cottage in the Cotswolds

Beautiful 17th Century detached Cotswold stone cottage, renovated and furnished to a high standard, located off a quiet country lane with far reaching views, a parking space and patio area. The open plan ground floor looks across the hosts cottage garden, has many original features including a traditional stone fireplace with wood burner, exposed beams and feature walls. The oak staircase leads to the bedroom and bathroom and fabulous views can be enjoyed across the valley. A little gem!

Mulberry Cottage is our lovely home from home, located in the heart of Malmesbury only a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and bars. With a private parking space, modern fitted kitchen and cosy log burner it's the perfect place to relax. With free WiFi, Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, Roberts DAB radio, two bedrooms with king sized beds, quality bed linen and two bathrooms. Towels are provided too, all you need to bring is yourself! (log starter pack provided Dec and Jan only)

South-facing decking to enjoy al fresco meals in the summer; in the winter, a perfect spot to watch over-wintering wildfowl. Access to spa and heated swimming pools included. Other activities available including tennis, walking, cycling, soft play area. On-site restaurant and shop. Nearby golf course. The towns of Cirencester, Tetbury and Malmsbury are within easy reach.

The Bothy, Oaksey

Detached, 1 bedroomed stone cottage situated in the pretty village of Oaksey. Oaksey has a village shop with a post office, a good pub and a golf course. Cirencester is 15 minutes by car, this Roman town has a selection of lovely boutique shops, cafes and pubs. The Cotswold water parks are 10 mins drive which host lots of activities including wakeboarding, waterskiing, sailing, SUP, etc. Malmesbury is also 10 minutes by car. A great hub for visiting other Cotswold towns.

Located within the family (and pet) friendly Lower Mill Estate on the River Thames, The Plovers offers guests a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large private garden. Indoor and outdoor pool and spa access with sauna/steam. On site lakes with boat access (non-motorised), fishing, tennis courts, playgrounds, trails, bike and boat rental shop, restaurant and shop within estate. Cottage is located in a protected nature reserve with many miles of hikes and trails to explore.

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away. The Wild Duck pub is reopening in March and is a 5 minute walk away from the cottage. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

The Potting Shed is the quintessential 5* Cotswold escape. Following an 18 month restoration completed in May 2019, this stone barn conversion is the perfect weekend and holiday retreat. Located within the grounds of an elegant Grade II listed Georgian town house on Cecily Hill - this romantic getaway is accessed by a private stone bridge which leads through through a formal kitchen garden to a stunning private terrace.

Cosy and quiet cottage nestled in the Cotswolds

The Grade II Listed cottage is 300-350 years old with bags of character and authentic charm. It is very comfortable in the snug with its own wood burner and other original features. Go to sleep hearing the owls and wake up to the birds singing. Make breakfast and drink a cup of tea in the garden. There are beautiful walks right on the doorstep including a lake very close by. We quite often see deer from our house.
