The cottage features a spacious modern kitchen area, open-plan lounge and dining area, master bedroom with en-suite, double bedroom and a twin room. Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

The Silvan Lodge is the Guest Annex of Stone Lodge House that is available on selected dates throughout the year. The Annex is finished to the highest standard, is fully equipped with all you will need, 50inch QLED TV and Bose sound, Washer Dryer, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Boiling water Tap, Coffee machine and much more. If you are looking for a tranquil, secluded, private location but want all mod cons, high speed wifi, central heating and space to relax then look no further

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas.

Great place to stay & explore one of England's most lovely countryside areas. Farm shop, open for 20 + yrs, sells a wide range of home grown & home butchered meats & local flour, beers, ready meals & pies. Nr. Rutland Water, & Melton Mowbray, of pie fame, Stamford & Leicester. Great pubs abound, as do walks & entertainment of every kind.

The Garden House has 3 large, en-suite double bedrooms. Private, semi-det., single storey, self-contained, parking for 3 cars behind electric gates +rapid EV charging (£25/car/charge). Spacious and light, set up a short, shared, private driveway in the heart of the village. A south east facing front garden and large, shared, west facing rear garden with far reaching views. A haven for peace and quiet or a good basecamp for outdoor activity. Not suitable for infants, children or animals.

Chater Barn

Chater Barn lies in one of the most attractive and unspoilt areas of countryside in Eastern England. The landscape is made up of rolling hills, pastures, a small stream, woods and the ground flora, providing magnificent displays. This beautiful converted barn offers three bedrooms, making it suitable for up to six guests. We are able to offer an optional private dining package at this property. Launde Lodge

Our rustic-luxe eco shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and serenaded by birdsong, where in-the-know modish types come to unwind. It may be a hut but step through the French doors and the sheer style will blow you away: a rolltop copper bath…it’s all very special. The ultimate thing to do here is throw open the double doors, pop a bottle of fizz and climb into the bath tub or fire up the hot tub for an alfresco soak and star gaze around the fire fit.

Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape.

The townhouse is located on a quiet residential one way street. Oakham has stunning historical architecture, i.e a castle, quaint independent shops, pubs and restaurants are moments from the door. A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families. A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
