Waterfront house with jacuzzi & jetty in Stockholm

Beautiful lakeside villa with private jetty, jacuzzi and a spacious wooden deck that offers sun from morning to late evening. Besides the secluded jacuzzi the deck offers a large bbq great for outside dinners. The house is close to a public beach with a waterslide and bar/ restaurant. The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen). Pls note - the No Party policy

Nybyggd Minivilla med lyxig känsla i natursköna områden. Sjö och kanotuthyrning nås på kort promenadavstånd, Tyresta naturreservat ligger inpå husknuten med milslånga vandringsleder och löpspår. Koppla av i bubbelpoolen under stjärnorna. Här andas lugnet medans citypulsen endast ligger 15 minuters bilfärd bort. Utan bil tar du dig istället smidigt in med bussen. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus med tillgång till brygga i bästa solläge! Här kan ni slappna av i lugn miljö och titta på båtarna som glider förbi eller ta tåget in till Stockholm och njuta av dess utbud av restauranter och nöjen. Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.

Huset består av ett sovrum med havsutsikt åt två håll, sov med fönstret öppet och hör vågorna. Sällskapsrum med fullt utrustat kök, soffa och fåtöljer. Uteplats åt två håll med både morgon och kvällssol. Det finns en liten stenstrand i direkt anslutning till huset, 20 meter från huset finns också en vedeldad bastu att låna. Badbrygga finns 100 meter från huset.
