This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Mall of Scandinavia med shopping och restauranger samt natursköna promenadstråk vid sjöar och skog finns på gångavstånd. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och gratis parkering ingår. Mataffär vid stationen, ca 7 min promenad.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Här finns även natursköna Årstaviken med utegym, löpspår och promenadstråk med utsikt över Södermalm. Härifrån till Globenområdet med Avicii arena och 3Arena har ni bara 3 minuter med spårvagn eller 20 min promenad. Det finns goda kommunikationer med buss/pendeltåg/spårvagn restid till Södermalm cirka15 min och city är cirka 20 min.
