A modern and cozy apartment in a excellent location. The flat is equipped with everything required for comfortable living. The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations. The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.

My place is close to public transport, the airport, the city center, and parks. You’ll love my place because of The garden and the location. You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Denna nybyggda lägenhet har en ovanligt bra utsikt, i ett nybyggt hus med miljöprofil, färdigställt 2025. Här kan du vakna och höra vågorna klucka. Två arkitekter har byggt en villa med lägenheter, till den utökade familjen. Delar av den hyrs nu ut.
