Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Tveka inte att höra av dig vid frågor! Welcome! This property has 3 bedrooms, including a sofa bed, plus an outdoor area and balcony. Parking is available on the street (fee). Lakeside living 20 mins from central Stockholm

Comfortable, spacious and bright apartment overlooking the beautiful lake of Norrviken, 20 minutes north of central Stockholm. A quiet, residential area north of Stockholm with nearby boat club (renting SUP boards and canoes) as well as kids friendly beach. Short walk to supermarket, butcher and take away restaurants. Easy commute by train to Stockholm central station (20 mins). Station is a short walk (approx. 700 metres). Arlanda airport can be reached by train/car in approx. 20 minutes.

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

"Lake View cottage" is a guesthouse of the Lake View Villa. It is beside lake Väsjön and ski slope Väsjöbacken. Eget hus, 20 min från Sthlm C

Koppla av med hela familjen i vårt mysiga hus! Här finns ett stort kök för gemensam matlagning, grill och en insynsskyddad uteplats. Den stora trädgården passar perfekt för fotboll, badminton och lek. Rymlig parkering för flera bilar finns på tomten. Bara 300 meter bort ligger sjön med badbryggor, strand och café. Vintertid finns en liten slalombacke bara 10 min bort med bil. Lugnt område med 10 min till Sollentuna centrum och 13 min med pendeltåg till Stockholm City.
