Welcome to a modern and stylish home with a large terrace and a heated south-facing pool. Ideally located near the train station, only about 15 minutes from Stockholm City. The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room and lounge area provide space to relax, both equipped with TVs. A separate IR sauna. You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
