La villa è ad uso esclusivo, interamente climatizzata, circondata da un ampio spazio verde privato; situata presso contrada case rosse, a circa 3,5 km da solarino, 30 km dalle spiaggie vicine, offre un’ampia veduta verso Siracusa che si trova circa a 20 km. Nella stagione estiva si può usufruire di una doppia piscina ad uso esclusivo, ampio solarium con doccia esterna annessa. N.B. la piscina rimane aperta dal 1 maggio al 15 ottobre. Nell'area esterna vi è la presenza di gatti.

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Vista panoramica sull'Etna e sul mare, discesa diretta dal giardino al mare (scogli). Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
