St. Vincent's Hill Historic Green Queen

Our Victorian Green Queen was built in 1890. In 1920 the downstairs Arts and Crafts 1,000 square foot apartment was added. Enjoy complete privacy with self-check-in, your own entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, private laundry room, full kitchen and a lovely secluded courtyard. We have restored the entire flat, which features extensive woodwork, vintage light fixtures, and antique furniture, all providing you with a rich experience of staying in a historic setting deeply rooted in the past.

This Vino Bello studio is designed to complement your Napa Valley getaway with quiet space and luxurious appointments. Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

Cute, clean, secured private studio.

Downstairs studio in our mixed use building with 8 studios and a 4 bed room penthouse . Plus different business at this property. With 12000 sq ft gated parking lot. One guest recently described our place as being so secure it’s like a fortress! One free healing hands on treatment for high blood pressure, pains, etc. Our tenants are selected, quiet, no drama, clean , neat, self maintained and respectful. That said, no smoking, no pets. Please check all other reviews in our property.

Historic home in all its glory! Immaculately clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and key-less door code entry. Experience the charm of staying in classy historic home. This is a large completely private, One bedroom apartment with beautiful hardwood floors, farmhouse sink, claw foot tub (and bubble bath) and 10 foot ceilings. Centrally located between wine country and S.F. Walking distance to the S.F. ferry. Bottle of wine, filtered water and snacks included.

Clean, comfortable, space on this Farmhouse property dating back to 1880. Enter exact number of guests for correct pricing $60 per person after 2. Studio with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, sauté pan, toaster, coffee and tea, dinette, tv area and IKEA queen sofa/sleeper. Beautiful patio with fire pit. Not suitable for children under the age of 12. Community fee (local lodging tax of 15%) is added to reservation when confirmed by guest.
